Jazz Attack
President
Jazz Attack is Philly's weekly Lindy Hop & Jazz Social Dance. Nick joined the predecessor organization's team in 2015 as their volunteer coordinator, and later marketing manager. Now he runs the show with a fantastic team, bringing fun and accessible social dancing to the Philadelphia Ethical Society every Thursday night from 8-11pm. RagTag is Philly's top destination for progressive Lindy Hop lessons at the beginner and intermediate level. You can often find Nick teaching the Solo Jazz and Level 2 & 3 Lindy Hop series with their amazing cast of teachers. Tap the image to learn more.

PLT is a performance group that specializes in fast dancing, air steps, and ensemble choreography. This elite group of dancers aims to hone and display their skills the way multiple generations of elders did in Whitey's Lindy Hoppers, Mama Lu Parks & her Parkettes, and more. Recent performances include the Kimmel Cultural Campus, REC Philly, and across the city with Josh Lee & the Extended Family Big Band.
West Philly Swingers

WPS, the University of Pennsylvania's swing dance troupe, is how Nick first started swing dancing! Nick created two dozen made-for-stage choreographies with WPS and transformed the WPS-run Penn Intercollegiate Lindy Exchange into the largest collegiate swing dance event in the US. Now an alumni, he returns to teach their weekly lesson lessons with Lauren Levey and occasionally assists with show choreography. Lessons are not public, but check out their social dances and semi-annual shows!
Swing Philly!

In 2022, Nick was responsible for managing the social media accounts for ILHC, one of the premier swing dance events in the world! ILHC features top-tier competitions, lessons with international instructors, and social dancing to the best live bands around. Tap the image to learn more.

As an undergrad at Penn, Nick ran monthly social dances with live bands on the best dance floor in Philly -- Houston Hall. These events always featured the best bands from Philly & beyond, typically welcoming 100-200 community members alike. After hosting two dozen events, Nick passed it on to the next round of student organizers. Tap the image to learn more.
